I just had the most refreshingly positive experience. For a brief(ish) period, communicating with their office could be a bit sketch. But Kate has shown me that SOP has been raised up immensely. We had an unexpected medication issue that could have resulted in serious health issues if not addressed almost immediately. Kate returned my voicemail in a timely manner and she understood the situation right away. Said she’d contact the provider and call with an update. This is end of day, mind you. Within 5 minutes I received a text saying the prescription was sent to my pharmacy. And just a few moments after the text, I received a call from Kate letting me know that everything had been handled. She is fast, efficient and competent, as well as caring in terms of handling a client’s needs. I am thoroughly impressed. Thank you

Jestina is very helpful. My pharmacy notified me that my medication wasn't available in the prescribed dose. Jestina got right on it and she secured the information from my prescriber, then called the Pharmacy. Thanks! Isabelle patiently walked me through the process of resetting my userid/password and took the extra step to educate me on how to make my online experience fast and easy. I called to get information on my daughter to receive treatment. I was happy with the scheduler that gave me lots of support and answers. If I did not receive the help Diane gave me I would have not set up an appointment for my daughter to see one of the prescribing therapist.

Staff is very helpful and Sandy is amazing. All of my concerns were truly listened to and addressed effectively. For ease, make sure you call during their open hours and use the patient portal. I like that staff are available over both phone and email.

As an LCSW, I can find it difficult to find psychiatric care for my clients with chronic illness. Ashley Labonte is above and beyond the most compassionate, caring, and thorough practitioner I have ever come across. She truly makes my clients feel heard. She is amazing.
