Important Update: New Patient Portal and Service Offerings at Advanced TelePsych

We are excited to announce a significant upgrade to our patient experience at Advanced TelePsych, effective August 1, 2024. Our new patient portal, My HealthSpot through Azalea, offers a range of enhanced features and services, making it easier for you to manage your healthcare.

What’s New and Exciting:

  • New Patient Portal:

    • Easier Appointment Scheduling: Conveniently book and manage your appointments online.

    • Secure Messaging: Communicate securely with your healthcare team.

    • Access to Medical Records: View your medical history and treatment plans at any time.

  • Updated Consent Forms and Billing Procedures:

    • Automated Processes: More efficient handling of your information.

    • New Appointment Reminders: Receive timely reminders about your upcoming appointments.

    • Credit Card on File: Streamlined billing with secure storage of your payment information. (CT Medicaid patients with Husky coverage are exempt from this policy.)

  • Feedback Surveys:

    • We will now survey patients after every appointment to gather valuable feedback, helping us continuously improve our services.

New Service Offerings:

  • Qb Testing: We are now offering Qb Testing, a valuable tool for diagnosing and managing ADHD. This advanced technology allows for more accurate assessments and personalized treatment plans.

  • Expanded Neuropsychology Services: We are expanding our neuropsychology services through acquiring Northeast Neuropsychology. This collaboration enhances our ability to offer comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and specialized care for a wide range of cognitive and behavioral conditions.

Important Update: Communicating Clinical Concerns

Starting August 5, 2024, please use our secure patient portal for all clinical-related messages. Emails to info@advancedtelepsych.org regarding clinical concerns will not receive a response. Clinical concerns communicated via office calls will also be redirected to the patient portal.

Using the Patient Portal Ensures:

  • Secure, confidential communication.

  • Quick access to your medical history.

  • Prompt attention from the appropriate healthcare provider.

How to Use the Patient Portal:

  1. Log in at MyHealthSpot.

  2. Navigate to the messaging section.

  3. Send a new message in the appropriate category.
